Here is my look for the Rosegal off the shoulder top. This floral print blouse has a stretchy smocked neckline that can be worn on the shoulders or off. It is a perfect fit for fall, spring, and summer. I decided to dressed up with my favorite studded super ripped jeans. And, I am seriously loving the studded down one leg and shredded throughout the front in the jeans.
