Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and it’s that time of the year when us lovebirds start taking extra care of ourselves. While I like to take care of myself throughout the year, I guess this lovely occasion just likes to play with your heart and makes you go the extra mile. So there I was strolling across my local Walmart, thinking of steps to take for love, and I stumbled upon Vaseline’s Lip Therapy in a stick form!
If you’ve followed me for a while, you know how much I love having Vaseline products as part of my daily skincare routine. What I like about them is that their products are affordable yet work wonders for all skin types. Vaseline’s Lip Therapy (Stick) is no different. It is a premium quality lip balm that helps to lock in moisture on your lips giving them a glossy shine. Just like most Vaseline products, this lip balm is made out of natural petroleum jelly through its core. What stands out for it though, is that it does not melt in heat making it usable throughout the year. In fact, it is so compact, you can even carry it in your car, flight, work, diaper bag, etc. Other than that, it is also more convenient to apply than the tin variant as the user simply has to bring the stick in contact with their lips instead of dipping their fingers into the tin can and scooping out the balm. I know how annoying that feels at times!
I have been carrying the stick on my way to work and at the gym and I can’t rave enough about the experience!
